This Friday is the option expiration date for June 2024.
To date, net premium income amounts to:

This means a monthly return of:
+/+ 1.75% (based on a required capital of €7,500).
However, if we assume the actual capital requirement of €6,300 (required by MEXEM due to the margin requirement of the short strangle on the AEX index), the monthly return is:
+/+ 2.08%
However, to be on the safe side, I am assuming a required capital of €7,500 and using method 2 as the basis for calculating the return. This naturally results in a lower apparent return.
The final results will be announced on Friday afternoon at 4 p.m., as there are still open positions.
History
This is the 51st month that I have been investing with a capital of €7,500:
For 39 months, I used exactly the same investment strategy with a capital of €20,000
For 32 months with a capital of €15,000
In total, I now have a track record of 122 months with the current investment strategy.
If this month ends positively, the total result will be:

What am I most proud of? We set a track record of 29 months (from April 2020 to September 2022) in which every month ended with a profit. This record ended in September 2022. The goal was to build up another impressive track record, and we succeeded: the following 16 months also ended with a profit. However, the record ended in February 2024.
We are striving to build up a good track record again and have already started with nice profits in March, April, May, and June!
On Friday afternoon, you will receive an email with the final investment result, including a report on the past trading month. The goal is to achieve a return of at least 1% per month (i.e., at least €75 per month) on a capital of €7,500, or at least 12% on an annual basis. With a realized return of 1.34% per month, we are exceeding our own target!
