The TradeWell FX Stable strategy forms the core of the TradeWell portfolio and has been developed for investors who value disciplined capital management and institutional-grade processes. The strategy is composed of several carefully selected, low-correlated subsystems and focuses on five major currency pairs: AUD/USD, GBP/USD, EUR/USD, NZD/USD, and AUD/CAD.
Each pair represents approximately twenty percent of the portfolio, ensuring balanced diversification and robustness under varying market conditions.
The Stable strategy does not depend on long-term trends. The strategy uses a systematic approach that exploits short-term opportunities and adapts in real time to changing market conditions. Advanced AI models recognize early on when a part of the strategy is underperforming, after which daily human monitoring ensures that quality and risk management remain at a high level.
Risk management
Risk management forms the basis of the TradeWell approach. Mechanisms to protect capital are built into every layer of the strategy, including thorough stress tests, scenario analyses, controlled position building, and targeted stop-outs.
Since October 2024, TradeWell FX Stable has applied a maximum stop-out of 10 percent. This measure increases stability, shortens recovery periods, and makes risk management per portfolio more precise and effective.
For investors seeking to diversify their portfolios in a reliable manner without operational involvement, Stable offers a disciplined, technology-driven strategy in which human oversight and robust processes ensure continuity and confidence.
*In October 2024, the strategy was impacted by a system-wide 40% stop-out caused by increased volatility during the US elections. This underscored the need for stricter risk management. In response, TradeWell FX Stable introduced a portfolio-wide stop-out of up to 10%. This measure increases stability, accelerates recovery periods, and ensures a more consistent and manageable risk profile.
Sincerely,
Joan Horbeek
